Croft View Cottage is a self catering cottage situated in the picturesque village of Foolow in the Hope Valley and is a central Peak District location ideally positioned for visiting Chatsworth, the market town of Bakewell and the caverns of Castleton.
Ideal for walkers with many walks from the door. It is cosy and well furnished, full of character with log burner, large garden and is owner-maintained. The award –winning family cottage offers spacious accommodation and has a high number of repeat bookings.

Feel at home as soon as you step into Croft View Cottage which is cosy, full of character and offers every home comfort to help and enjoy your holiday. The cottage has been lovingly restored by ourselves and was our family home for many years. The happy homely feel still lives on.
A great base for walkers, this family-sized accommodation is ideally situated on the border of the White and Dark Peaks and is a short distance from Chatsworth House, the picturesque villages of Castleton and Eyam and the market town of Bakewell.

Croft View Cottage is special; it was our family home for sixteen years and our children spent their early years growing up here. The welcoming, homely feel is immediately apparent as you enter the cottage . We pride ourselves on providing clean, high quality, and comfortable accommodation.

About the area
Croft View Cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Foolow with its much-photographed village green, medieval cross and duck pond, church and local pub.
Foolow is just 1.5 miles away from the historic village of Eyam, famous for isolating itself and losing many of its inhabitants during the plague.
Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Castleton, Bakewell to name but a few places of interest are all no more than 10 miles away.
There are many beautiful walks both from the doorstep and further a field. We have several walking books and OS maps of the area for use by guests
